In the last few months it has become clear to disabled people in the UK that Equality is still one long way off. No-one can miss the media headlines about Cuts – Cuts – Cuts.

Various ministers have been rattling sabres over benefits and linking people on long term benefit to fraud.

The media went into a feeding frenzy and we also had the debacle of the Treasury Spending Challenge website. Hate Crime, gross ignorance and the result a police investigation by The Met.

Being An MP And Junior Minister Is A Life Style Choice

Tax Evasion Is Not A Life Style Choice – says Danny Alexander, Chief Secretary to the Treasury, and Side Kick Minister to George Osborne, in a speech to the Lib Dem Conference. He did get a few rounds of applause, but they did seem to be more polite than heart felt. Why the embarrassment from the delegates?

Apparently Living on benefits is also not an acceptable Life Style Choice, and seen as equally antisocial! The Jihads against so many come fast and furious from the Political Generals and war mongers.

But what about Mr Alexander and his history around Capital Gains Tax, Second Homes and the parliamentary jargon of “Flipping” second homes – and all claimed on MP Expenses and benefits?
